Thanks for testing RIDDIM DECK. Every report gets read - the more of these you can fill in, the faster it gets fixed.

First, save the log

RIDDIM DECK writes a log of everything it does, and it is the single most useful thing you can send. It is wiped every time the app starts, so grab it before you open RIDDIM DECK again:

Press Win + R, paste %LOCALAPPDATA%\RiddimDeck and press Enter.
Copy riddim-deck.log to your Desktop.
Attach that copy below.

If it's bigger than 7 MB, right-click it and choose Compress to ZIP file, then attach the zip.

Your log, screenshot and details are used only to fix RIDDIM DECK. The whole upload has to stay under 8 MB.

The attachments add up to more than 7.5 MB. Zip the log (right-click → Compress to ZIP file) or leave the screenshot off, then send again.
